This policy explains what happens to the information you send through the contact form on aestechsolutions.com. It is written to be short and plain. If anything is unclear, email me.

Who is responsible

AES Tech Solutions, run by Andrei M. Silveira, Rua São Paulo, 85, Centro, Bento Gonçalves, RS 95700-026, Brazil. Email: andrei@aestechsolutions.com.

What the form collects

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name
• Your website address, if you give one
• The message you write

The site has no user accounts and does not ask for payment details.

Why it is collected

Only to reply to your request: to answer your questions, prepare a quote or a homepage mockup, and schedule a call if you ask for one. I do not sell your information, and I do not add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it

• Web3Forms receives the form submission and forwards it to my email. It acts as a processor and handles the data under its own privacy policy.
• My email provider stores the message in my inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any host, it processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

Some of these providers are located outside Brazil, including in the United States.

How long it is kept

If you do not become a client, your message is kept for 12 months after our last contact, then deleted. If you become a client, your information is kept for as long as our contract lasts.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

Your rights and how to ask for deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent. Email andrei@aestechsolutions.com from the address you used in the form, and I will act on the request within 15 days. These rights follow Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and apply wherever you are.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
